Better to share a little late (okay a lot late) than never :)

I'm honored to be part of the Mid Shore Board of Realtors and their I.D.E.A committee and appreciate the award I received in September. More importantly, I'm thankful for the opportunity to serve our community as a Realtor. DEI efforts are more important than ever. There are still unfair practices and discrimination that occur in the housing and real estate industry. It may not always be in the open so I urge you to make sure you are present with those you engage with and an advocate for your clients, colleagues and friends of all backgrounds, abilities and ethnicities.
