🎀 Celebrating Mauch Chunk Street in Pottsville! 🏡

On September 8, we came together for the ribbon-cutting of our Mauch Chunk Street revitalization project in Pottsville. It was a special day to celebrate how far this block has come and all the work that went into making it happen.

Once again, thank you to everyone who helped bring this project together. To Ignacio Patricio and the Ignite Realty Group team, Craig Shields and Soteria Housing, i Fund Cities, Sean Kane, and Jeff Cella, we're very grateful for the roles they played along the way.

We were also glad to have Senator David G. Argall, PA State Rep. Tim Twardzik, Schuylkill County Commissioner Gary Hess there to celebrate the day with us.

And of course, we’re grateful to Mathew Pezon's wife, Anna Pezon, his brother Geoffrey Pezon, and mother Cheryl Tutella for all the support they’ve given throughout the project. It was great to have so many of the people who played a part in this project together in one place to celebrate how far Mauch Chunk Street has come.

Our hope is that these homes will give people a safe and affordable place to put down roots, build community, and create legacies of their own. 🏠

We're grateful to share this article about our multimillion-dollar Mauch Chunk Street revitalization project in Pottsville. 🥳 It was a massive renovation that transformed a blighted block into safe, affordable housing. It was meaningful to reimagine and reinvent an entire block in the place where Mathew Pezon grew up for the first two years of life.

Projects like this are never accomplished alone. Thank you to Ignacio Patricio and the entire Ignite Realty Group team, Craig Shields and Soteria Housing, Senator David G. Argall, PA State Rep. Tim Twardzik, and Schuylkill County Commissioner Gary Hess for supporting this effort. Also, a big thank you to i Fund Cities and Sean Kane and Jeff Cella for the construction loans.
