From the outside, real estate can look pretty easy.
What you don't see is everything that happens between those posts.
📞 The calls that start early and still come in at 10:00 at night.
💻 The hours behind a computer preparing listings, contracts, marketing, and paperwork.
📸 The photography, videos, social media, mailers, advertising, and open-house preparation.
☎️ The hundreds of cold calls and follow-ups it takes to build a business year after year.
🚗 The miles spent driving from appointment to appointment and house to house.
And once there's an offer?
That's when another job begins.
Negotiating price. Negotiating inspections. Dealing with appraisals. Attorneys. Lenders. Contractors. Deadlines. Last-minute surprises.
Sometimes I'm a Realtor.
