The Town of Plymouth’s Office of Community Development has funding available through the HUD Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program to help income-eligible homeowners make essential home repairs.

If you’re a low- to moderate-income homeowner in Plymouth, you may qualify for assistance with improvements such as:

✔️ Roof repairs
✔️ Heating system upgrades
✔️ Electrical or plumbing work
✔️ Accessibility improvements
✔️ Other health and safety repairs

Funding is limited and available on a first-qualified basis.

Some good news for a rainy Wednesday!

Mortgage rates have been [mostly] falling since July of 2025.

The 30-year conventional fixed rate is around 6.0% as of yesterday - the lowest they have been in quite some time. Lower rates = more purchasing power for homebuyers.
