We have a beautiful place at Lake Kachess that hardly gets used and really is an AMAZING "getaway" from the hustle and bustle of it all. Only 50 minutes from Maple Valley, once you get there you will feel as if your in a different state. We think we have found a way to be creative and share this wonderful getaway with friends and friends of friends PLUS w/ a unique twist a great way to "give back"
to our favorite local charities of choice! The cabin on Lake Kachess (just under 3,000 sq ft) w/ 4 bedroom, 3 baths, hot tub, sauna and views galore for $750 per night (except for holidays and 3 day weekends it is $850 per night). What we would like to do is donate our cabin to any of the following charities;
Valley Girls & Guys! Vine Maple Place
Maple Valley Rotary
Mountain for Mammaries
Soup Ladies
Greater Maple Valley Community Center
Maple Valley Food Bank
Backpack Buddies of Maple Valley
So this is how it would work...
You choose one of the above charities that you would like your donation to go to. When we donate the cabin to you, you will pay 1/2 of the donation to your charity of choice and the rest goes to us (Tina McDonough). This is a win-win for everyone. You get an amazing vacation, the cabin gets used, and a charity WINS big time.
**There is a $135 cleaning fee that is due prior to using. Example of Donation: You rent August 10-12th. You write 1 check for $750 to Valley Girls & Guys! and 1 check for $750 to Tina McDonough and then 1 check to Cleaning company for $135.
