This one was a journey and a true testament to our clients overall resilience and commitment to the process of achieving their ultimate dream. Moving to Maine started as an idea, then it became a bit more of a reality when the right home came along. Since we were strategic, we had done photos 6-7 months prior in preparation to them finding the right fit up north. With a strong launch, we got what we believed was the right buyer. Fast forward to a week before closing and that buyer lost their financing, causing my clients to not only start over here, but pray they didn’t lose the opportunity they’ve dreamed of attaining for so long. Five days and two offers later, we found the RIGHT buyer at the right time. In 30 days (give or take), we are now closed and their Massachusetts chapter has closed, but their next chapter, the one they’ve longed for in Maine begins tomorrow! We are so grateful they not only chose us, but trusted us even when it was hard. When everything was going wrong, they knew we would still get it done for them—that faith is something we never ever take for granted and we are so thankful for them. We will miss you in Massachusetts!
