Here’s my two cents on the real estate market right now:

Interest rates change. You’re not stuck with it.
Better yet, have the seller buy your rate down. Did you know that they could do that?

What we can do right now:
-Get you a great price on the home
-have inspections done
-have repairs made or credit for
-negotiate closing costs and settlement dates
-Include a home sale contingency

If you’re letting the mass media scare you from buying, you’re doing exactly what they want you to do. Right now is an opportunity to scoop up a great deal.

Learning the product to sell the product. 🏙️

Spent the afternoon touring The Residences at 400 Central in downtown St. Pete with Jack — because knowing the market means knowing more than what’s listed on an MLS sheet.

400 Central is a 46-story, 301-residence luxury tower right on Central Avenue, with more than 36,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor residential amenities. The 7th-floor amenity level includes a resort-style pool, fitness and wellness center, private dining, coworking spaces, theater lounge, outdoor kitchen, bocce and more. And then there’s the 46th-floor Sky Lounge & Observatory with panoramic views across St. Pete, Tampa Bay and the Gulf.

These are the details I want to know firsthand — how a building lives, what makes it different, who it’s best suited for, and what buyers should actually be considering beyond the finishes and the view.
