Today I had the opportunity to participate in the Mexico Beach / St. Joe Beach Tour of Homes, previewing a variety of properties and gaining valuable insight into our local real estate market.

One thing that stood out throughout the day was just how beautiful our coastline truly is. From Mexico Beach to St. Joe Beach and ending with this incredible bay view in WindMark Beach, every stop offered a different perspective of the natural beauty that makes this area so special. ☀️🌴

Taking time to tour homes and stay current with market trends helps me better understand what's available for buyers, how properties compare, and where opportunities may exist in today's market.

This sale also highlights something many buyers don't realize about Franklin County. While RV living is popular throughout Florida, Franklin County generally does not permit RVs on most vacant residential lots outside of approved RV communities and certain designated areas.
