We bought after Hurricane Michael so I have never been to Boss Oyster, but you can bet your pearls I'll be there when it opens! Can't wait! 🦪

Six years ago, when a famed stretch of Apalachicola riverfront property along Water Street, encompassing the Boss Oyster restaurant, Apalachicola River Inn, Caroline’s River Dining and the Roseate Spoonbill Lounge, was plucked out of bankruptcy, the new owners developed plans to tear down the restaurants and motel and construct on the site a marina as well as a new 150-seat Boss Oyster. With the purchase two months ago by a new ownership group, plans have been changed to keep the Boss the way it was, and to reopen it.
