In all seriousness, how blessed am I to have such wonderful, supportive clients who have turned into good friends? The fact that they’ll stop in the front yard of my new listing on Highway 98 just to take a picture with my sign says it all. This is such exciting news!!

Six years ago, when a famed stretch of Apalachicola riverfront property along Water Street, encompassing the Boss Oyster restaurant, Apalachicola River Inn, Caroline’s River Dining and the Roseate Spoonbill Lounge, was plucked out of bankruptcy, the new owners developed plans to tear down the restaurants and motel and construct on the site a marina as well as a new 150-seat Boss Oyster. With the purchase two months ago by a new ownership group, plans have been changed to keep the Boss the way it was, and to reopen it.

My husband took this video without me knowing. Nothing staged, nothing fancy. Just me cleaning one of my listings before a showing.

Any client who has ever worked with me knows this is nothing out of the ordinary. I’ve cleaned houses, cut grass, pressure washed, hauled stuff off and done whatever else needed to be done to get a property ready, get it sold and get us to the closing table.

There is nothing I consider “not my job” when it comes to my clients. Period.

My clients know they can call me for anything and I’m going to answer. If something needs to be done, I’m going to show up and get it handled.

I do more than stick a sign in your yard and post it on Facebook. I don’t mind putting in the actual work it takes to get your property sold.
