Sometimes it takes more than one attempt to sell a home.

1101 Shoal Creek Court in Harbor Club went under contract, but when the first contract fell through with no fault to my sellers, we went back to work. It was time to reassess the strategy, not simply relist and wait.

We took a fresh look at the property’s positioning, refined the marketing, refreshed the presentation, and focused on creating renewed attention and interest from the right buyers. The goal was to make sure the home was being seen, understood, and positioned for the market we were in.
