Lobster Mac and Cheese

Creamy lobster mac and cheese that’s rich, cheesy, and packed with flavor, this lobster mac and cheese is the comfort dish everyone asks for. Save this lobster mac and cheese recipe for your next special dinner.

📝 Ingredients :
• 12 oz elbow macaroni
• 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
• 3 tbsp butter
• 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
• 2 cups whole milk
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp paprika
• Salt & black pepper to taste
• ½ cup breadcrumbs
• 2 tbsp parsley, chopped

🍽️ How to Make It :

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta
Boil macaroni until al dente, then drain.

2️⃣ Make the Cream Sauce
Melt butter, whisk in flour, and cook 1–2 minutes. Slowly add milk and cream, whisking until smooth and thick.

3️⃣ Add Cheese & Flavor
Stir in garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, then add cheeses until melted and creamy.

4️⃣ Combine Lobster Mac and Cheese
Fold in macaroni and lobster to create rich lobster mac and cheese.

5️⃣ Bake to Perfection
Transfer to a baking dish, top with breadcrumbs, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes until golden.

6️⃣ Finish & Serve
Garnish with parsley and serve hot lobster mac and cheese.

"I cannot believe I finally found this recipe! My grandma would make these for holiday parties when I was a girl and I would sneak as many as I could without being discovered.
