I just want to take a moment to say thank you to all my amazing clients for trusting me with one of the biggest journeys in life — buying and selling your homes. 🏡

The past few months has been filled with ups and downs — from deals falling apart at the very last minute, to saving deals from cancellation, handling tough home inspections, making repairs, navigating low offers, and even going through four to five counteroffers on a single deal. Through it all, your patience, trust, and teamwork have made every challenge worth it.

But beyond the hurdles, there’s been so much joy — helping a family find their perfect home that’s over 100 years old and full of character, walking with sellers saying goodbye to the home where they built a lifetime of memories, and celebrating with families who raised their children in their very first home.

These stories are why I love what I do. Each home represents not just a property, but a chapter in someone’s life, and I’m deeply honored to play a part in that.

A big congratulations to my wonderful sellers (GP and S) on the closing of 3205 Lilac Street! This home has been their haven for many years, a place where they raised their kids, shared laughter, and built memories that will last a lifetime.

For me personally, I have two fond memories of this home!

#1 - GP's movie room in the lower level. (This motivated me to create my own movie room in my house!)

#2 - The swimming pool in the backyard. Our two boys were baptized in the pool!

It’s been a long journey with ups and downs, but through it all, they stayed patient and positive. I’m truly honored to have walked alongside them during this important transition.
