Larson Companies Honored with Prestigious 2024 IHG Owner/Operator Excellence Award

This includes top-tier performance in metrics such as HeartBeat scores, guest reviews, brand compliance, and quality assurance audits—criteria Larson Companies has exceeded across its IHG portfolio.
In addition to this distinguished honor, four of Larson Companies’ individual properties were also recognized with top accolades for 2024. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Rice Lake and Holiday Inn Express & Suites Eau Claire I-94 were each awarded the Torchbearer Award, one of IHG’s highest honors, earned by achieving exceptional Guest Experience metrics including Guest Love scores, cleanliness, loyalty recognition, and enrollments. Candlewood Suites Eau Claire I-94 and Holiday Inn Eau Claire South received the Spirit of True Hospitality Excellence Award, recognizing properties that demonstrated elite guest experience standards, including a cleanliness score of 90 or above, while also achieving 2024 Elite Status. These awards celebrate the commitment and performance of Larson Companies’ hotel teams in consistently delivering exceptional service and true hospitality.
