It has been brought to our attention that there has been someone copying our posts and pretending to be us and asking for payment before scheduling a showing. Rents are usually super low so they can try and bait as many people as possible.

We would never ask for a payment before showing you an apartment and the only person who schedules showings is Miranda so if you have another name, it is likely a scam.

Please report any posts you feel as scammy. Unfortunately there’s not much more we can do but keep reporting them.

Always feel free to PM us if you are uncertain if a post is real or not.

Hi! 👋🏼

My name is Miranda and I want to introduce myself. I am the Property Manager for People First Property Management and have been for about 5 years now! My brother started this company and I love working for him along with my step-dad who is our full time maintenance manager. We also have two wonderful other full time guys on our maintenance team and a few other great women who work behind the scenes!

When you reach out to us, you are most likely talking to me so I wanted you to be able to put a face to the name.

A little about me: I love my family oh so much and in my free time, I love playing with my very large golden retriever and eating s’mores!

If you are a current or past tenant it would be really appreciated if you would write a review whether it be good or not. Being a smaller company I think sometimes people are apprehensive to rent from me, and I know if I had a couple reviews it would be reassuring to prospective tenants, one way or the other, as to how I run this business.

If you are a prospective tenant reading this, my business model is to treat everybody with as much respect as I give my grandmother, I take care of concerns usually by the next day, and make decisions that will not affect my conscience negatively.
