We are outdoorsy people who are happiest when we are playing outside, swimming in lakes and oceans and 100+ feet below the water's surface scuba diving. We love traveling the world and seeing how other people live in many other parts of the world. These experiences keep us humble and teach our girls valuable lessons in life. In the long winter months of MN we love downhill skiing, ice skating, snow fort building and snow sculpting. Staying active is incredibly important to me. I enjoy weight lifting, biking, going for walks and eating healthy.

Let’s talk about… interest rates!

They are high, period.

I’m not here to convince you otherwise. I am however here to tell you NOT to do what I did back in my home buying era of 2012 when my husband and I bought our home.

I fought. I fought for the rate that was a quarter of a point less than the other guy because I was bullheaded and thought I knew more than my realtor. Stop asking Chat GPT. Stop asking Claud. Stop taking advice from your friend who thinks he/she knows what’s right for you. Start seeking the advice from the professional you hired.

I bought my house back in 2012. I have refinanced twice. The rate we got back when we bought means absolutely NOTHING now. What matters? The house we bought was and continues to be exactly what we want.

Buy the house you love now while the competition is low, refinance later when (not if) the rates come down. Questions? Call me.

Moms (dads too) of EP scholars, we did it! We’ve made it through the chaos of summer! I hope everyone had/has a fantastic first day back!

As I continually pour into my clients and the wild life of running my business, I’m not ashamed to admit a few mom fails are inevitable. One of which includes being unaware of non school days until the night before🫣. Whoops! Therefore, I’ve created this magnetic school calendar that’s going to live on my fridge to keep me better organized. They’ll be going out tomorrow to my closest 60 Eden Prairie family friends.
