Day 18 of the Arbonne Clean Eating Challenge. I'm feeling really great, and it's been a lot more fun this time around. I've learned a lot about how my emotions and my eating habits are connected. I've also found that exercise has helped a ton! It's been an absolute major component in my success, because it's been my new coping mechanism instead of snacking and over eating.

This may be a 28 day challenge, but it is a start to a whole new way of being! We all have to start somewhere, for me it was here. Where will you start?

Eating healthy tastes so good!! This soup is to die for!!
Coconut cream (one can from Trader Joe's)
Organic vegetable broth
Kale
Fresh ginger
Tons of turmeric
Broccoli florets (the purple ones)
Carrot
Add chicken breast if you like

Measurements were eye balled, but that's the fun of it!! Experimenting and finding what flavor you like and what goes good together!

How is your sleep?

I've noticed a HUGE difference in my sleep since I started my first Arbonne challenge and started walking everyday. I fall asleep faster, and stay asleep longer. I no longer wake up numerous times a night, or at least less, I do still have a 3 year old to deal with. 😉

Broiled salmon on top of baby mixed greens, homemade vegan dressing, and roasted chickpeas! So much yum!!
