Every home has a story, and this one sure had a plot twist.
Just when we thought everything was wrapped up, a last-minute city permit hiccup showed up on the radar - the day before closing! 😅

But with quick coordination, early-morning calls, a bit of persistence, and the right team on all sides, we got everything inspected, approved, and cleared in time for a happy closing!

Here’s to another one successfully closed, and a few gray hairs earned in the process 😄
