Private practice doesn’t have to mean “going it alone.” 🌿

At Mindful Spaces, we’ve built a sanctuary specifically for the mental health and wellness community. We believe that to take the best care of your clients, you need a space that takes care of you.

Our four pillars are the foundation of your practice:

• Community: Surround yourself with peers who understand the unique weight of the work you do.

• Support: From referral networks to a sounding board on a tough day.

• Healing: A tranquil environment designed to keep your nervous system regulated between sessions.

• Friendship: Because “colleague” should mean more than just a name on the door next to yours.

🎙️ Podcast Feature | The Right Tack – Ep. 13

Mindful Spaces’ own Dr. Baloch was recently a repeat guest on The Right Tack Podcast discussing “The Role of Medication in Mental Health Management.”

We cover how medications like SSRIs, SNRIs, mood stabilizers, antipsychotics, and ADHD treatments support mental health—along with emerging options like ketamine, medicinal ma*****na, and pharmacogenetic testing.

Most importantly, we emphasize that medication and therapy work best together to improve outcomes and support lasting mental wellness.
