Remember when I shared with you I had achieved my goal of securing a "Beach listing", not one but TWO?

Well I have an update!

Now it’s SOLD. 🌊

So Thankful for the relationships built that led to that kind of trust, because being chosen to handle the sale of someone’s home is never something I take lightly.

Because at the end of the day,
location changes… but how I work doesn’t.

This is what the world feels like lately.
Everything. All at once.

Pulling at you.
Needing something.
Demanding your attention.

And if you let it… it will take every second you’ve got.
I’m learning that the hard way.

Because this week? I wasn’t present at home like I should’ve been. You see it was spring break and I had big plans to absorb all the things with my baby.

Its not because I don’t care…
but because everything else is so loud.

And I don’t think it’s just me.
We’re living in a time where being busy is constant… Where we all want it all right now.

And being present is rare.
That’s backwards.

I love what I do. And I give it everything all the time. And sometimes you meet the situations that don't give back.

I love my kid more.
And honestly he needs me more than the world that steals your time.

And I’m starting to realize…
if we don’t protect that time,
the world will gladly take it.

It was one of those weeks.

Spring break.
Kids out of routine.
Wind, sand, snacks everywhere.
Running in ten different directions… and wondering if I was coming or going half the time 😅

But in the middle of all that chaos
the work didn’t stop.

We had clients trusting me with some really big moments in their lives… and that part never gets taken lightly.

✨ One amazing family bought an incredible home and made their way back to NC
✨ Our investor client closed on their next project (let’s go 👏)
✨ One of our new builds officially CLOSED
✨ And we locked in FOUR more under contract

And here’s the thing
none of it looked polished this week.
There were no perfectly planned days.
No quiet office time.
No “ideal schedule.”

It looked like this 👆
Windblown hair. (For literally 5 mind)
Kids in tow.
Answering calls between moments.
Showing up anyway.

Because real life doesn’t pause for business…
and business doesn’t pause for real life.

So we just keep moving.
We figure it out.
We show up.

And somehow, it all still comes together.

Not perfect.
But full of progress. 💥

And I’m really, really grateful for that. 🤍

Spring is my absolute favorite time of year 🌸

The flowers start showing off, the grass turns that perfect shade of green, and everything just feels… alive again.

There’s something about this season, like the world is waking back up, and we get a fresh start right along with it.

Windows open. Longer days. Slower evenings.

And with Easter right around the corner, it just makes it all feel even sweeter.
