Happy Halloween! Luckily we haven't scared everyone off the island as last week's activity stayed consistent with the previous week. We did see a fair amount of closings as is normal for this time of year on MV. The 118 Days On Market is a little skewed as there were a couple new construction closings (which are listed well before the finished project). DM for a deeper dive!

Fall is when we see the most real estate offers here on MV. Even with Hurricane Lee visiting us this past weekend, there were still 7 accepted offers. The highlight was a $24M Vineyard Haven Compound going under contract. DM for a deeper dive!
