A few obligatory captures from yesterday’s storm out here on MV. On the second clip I was shoveling the driveway first thing and heard the pine start to creak and couldn’t quite get my phone out in time to get the branch coming down but you get the idea. This island is known for its storms but rarely are they accompanied by 1-2 feet of heavy snow. Equal parts beautiful and humbling. Much thanks to all emergency personnel/plows/arborists/power companies etc. out in the storm working to maintain safety, open roads and restore power. And a special thanks as well goes out to my wife who insisted on filling the bath tub so we could flush the toilet:)

A few obligatory captures from yesterday’s storm out here on MV.
