Just sitting here in the dark and thinking about everything that has happened and I’m so grateful that my family, friends and animals are safe.
We all want our power back on but I’m so thankful I have water when so many do not. I’m thinking about all of the linemen out there working nonstop and their families praying they come home safely.
Just take a minute today when you see them out there working and imagine if that was your son, your husband or your best friend. I know everyone would be a little more patient if they do. We all want them to be careful and take their time. Eat and rest when they need to. We all want or power on but more importantly we want every single one to go home to their families.
