✨ Day 4️⃣ of remodel reveal ✨

Today we focus on the nitty gritty down and dirty.

Not long after purchasing the house it was very apparent that there was a flooding issue. After every heavy rain storm, the backyard was completely flooded! If you are a local you know how much of an issue this can be. So we called LANE-scapes outdoor solutions to see what he could come up with for us. He came in and installed french drains along with a catch basin with a pump to force the water to the drainage ditches. What a difference! We were finally able to cut the grass for the first time!🙌🏻

After all of the “dirty jobs” were completed we called up LiftOff Pressure Washing to come in and clean the back of the house and pool enclosure. They were fast and effective. They made the pool area sparkle like never before! ✨

✨ Day 3️⃣ of the remodel reveal ✨

We wanted a to find a fun wow factor for the AirBnB. While the whole interior needed a bright new facelift of paint, we decided to go a little further and have some fun murals painted. We worked with our artist and came up with a plan for each area. Let’s just say when they were finished we were over the top excited about them. 🤩

While we were at it, the bathroom needed some freshening up too. We tore out and replaced the bathroom tile and installed a new vanity and toilet. It really updated the area. 👏🏻

✨ Day 2️⃣ of remodel reveal ✨

Today we focus on the beautification of the exterior!

The existing driveway was cracked and uneven and needed desperately to be replaced. We called our friends over at Atlantic Outdoor Living to have them work their magic! They worked efficiently, and delivered superior results! 😍

The next project was concrete curbing around the landscape beds. This is to help keep all the shell product in place without risk of borders falling over and spreading into the new sod that was laid. Thanks to our own, Justin, who laid the entire front lawn of sod by himself! 😮‍💨

✨ Day 1️⃣ of remodel reveal ✨

Upon the purchase of the house, it was noted that we had some damage to the exterior of the house. One side had water damage that had eaten away at the stucco causing damage to the framing underneath. This needed to be repaired pronto! Below shows the process of that repair with a beautiful finish!!

Next up, was the fence. The previous fence was an old chain link fence that was broken and intertwined with branches of surrounding trees. We chose to upgrade to a tan vinyl privacy fence and boy am I glad we did! The finished product was Chef’s Kiss! 👨🏻‍🍳💋
