When the view is this extraordinary, the staging should lead you straight to it.

Set directly on The Royal Golf Club, this villa has seemingly every upgrade — but for us, the real luxury was the connection between the home and its incredible natural surroundings.

Throughout the main living spaces, we intentionally kept furniture profiles light, low and open, preserving sightlines and allowing your eye to travel through the home to its ultimate destination: the course beyond. Outside, tall native grasses move in the breeze and soften the manicured landscape, creating a setting that feels both refined and wonderfully natural.

We carried that feeling indoors with wicker, rattan, sisal, bamboo and other organic textures, subtly connecting the interiors to the landscape rather than competing with it.

And then there was one of our team’s favorite spaces — the home’s large, flexible lower-level hobby room. Instead of leaving buyers to wonder what they might do with it, we had fun telling a story. We created individual vignettes for sewing and painting, showing just a few of the many ways this generous space could come to life.

That’s especially important when staging a high-end home. Every room should give a buyer a reason to walk in, experience it and remember it. An empty or undefined room is too easy to glance at from the doorway and keep moving — what we call a “drive-by.”

Thoughtful staging turns those overlooked spaces into destinations.

This is a home where the outdoors deserves to be part of the experience.

With an extra-large deck, beautiful outdoor spaces, and wonderful views from the windows, we intentionally kept the staging lower and lighter — choosing furniture that defines the rooms without interrupting sightlines or competing with what’s happening outside.

With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there’s also great flexibility for different stages of family life. The lower-level bedroom, with a bathroom nearby, could be an ideal space for an extended-stay guest, family member, older child, or simply someone who appreciates a little more privacy.

We gave each bedroom its own personality, helping buyers see beyond four walls and imagine who might claim each space as their own. Throughout the home, our goal was the same: create warmth and connection while allowing the home, its windows, and its setting to remain the stars.

A beautiful Maplewood property with room to gather, room to retreat, and an outdoor setting that feels like an extension of the home. 🌳

For this classic Longfellow bungalow, our goal wasn’t to make it feel newer or more contemporary. It was to respect the era and soul of the home, using authentic vintage pieces alongside thoughtfully selected contemporary elements to create rooms that feel collected, comfortable and believable.

That’s what we mean by .

The experience begins on the wonderful front porch. Rather than treating it as an afterthought, we made it part of the story of the house.

Vintage bamboo furniture, natural sisal rugs and carefully chosen accessories create the kind of welcoming porch that feels as though it has always belonged here.

Inside, vintage furnishings and art were chosen not simply because they are old, but because their scale, materials, patina and character make sense in a bungalow. Mixed with quieter contemporary pieces, they allow the architecture and original character of the home to remain the star.

We believe staging a home with history is different from decorating it.
