Margaret, the Site Manager, will be welcoming you home in the Spring of 2022 when the community officially opens. She has been with Aeon for 6 years, most recently as site manager of our affordable senior community - The Landing. There, Margaret was known for being professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and always open and friendly. Margaret was born and raised in Poland and one of her favorite recipes to share with friends and family is the Polish Christmas cookie, Kolaczki. Especially around the holidays, Polish cuisine is both sinfully good and spectacularly beautiful. You can find the recipe for Kolaczki at https://bakerbettie.com/polish-kolaczki-cookies/.
