This one had me at the stained glass.

Built in 1904. Loved by four families. Still the cutest thing on the market in Saint Paul today.

This one was special. And honestly, the listing didn’t do it justice until you walked through the door.

The building was literally relocated in 1911 to save it from demolition. Over a century later, it’s still turning heads on a quiet street surrounded by multi-million dollar homes with direct access to lakeside living.

This sale was all about finding the right buyer, for a truly rare asset: one that delivers lifestyle and long-term investment value in the same address

That’s the kind of deal that reminds you why you love this business.

Thinking about what your property could sell for in today’s market?

Let’s talk.

If I wanted historic charm without the endless renovation, I'd skip the fixer-uppers and look at this Saint Anthony Park Victorian instead.

This beautifully preserved 1904 home with original character intact, four bedrooms on one level, and over 2,100sf on a terraced hillside lot is listed at $525,000.

You get the stained glass, the original woodwork, the built-ins that tell a story - but you also get central A/C, paid-off solar, and an updated chef's kitchen that opens right to the back deck.

This home has been loved by just four families over 120 years, and it shows. Every detail has been thoughtfully maintained, so you're moving into a piece of history that actually works for modern life.

Tucked on a private, tree-lined hillside in the heart of Saint Anthony Park - it feels like a retreat, but you're minutes from everything.

Four bedrooms all on one floor with original hardwood throughout. An eat-in kitchen with room to cook and entertain. And that rare combination of vintage soul and updated systems that's almost impossible to find.

The back deck overlooks mature trees. The living spaces feel warm and timeless. And the primary level layout means no one's climbing stairs with laundry or groceries.

This is what people mean when they say "character home, zero compromise."

If you've been searching for that blend of history, convenience, and move-in-ready comfort - this one might check every single box.

Comment "VICTORIAN" for the full details.
