One of our favorite parts of the job is getting out and touring beautiful homes across the Twin Cities, and this one definitely caught our attention. 👏

This week we stopped by Stephanie Chandler Group broker open at 4744 11th Ave S in Minneapolis, and it checks all the boxes for South Minneapolis charm with modern updates.

Nothing like a little happy hour work session at one of our favorite Edina spots: The Hilltop 🍻

One of the best parts of real estate is getting to know the local businesses and people that make our communities so special, and The Hilltop has become a staple in Edina for good reason.

We’re also counting down the days until their newest sports bar opens this August. If it’s anything like The Hilltop, we have a feeling it’ll be an instant favorite.

One thing we’ve learned after years in real estate? The best neighborhoods are about so much more than the homes.

We recently stopped by Pacifier at 50th & France to chat with owner Alissa Montbriand and get her take on one question every non-parent seems to ask: “What gift should I buy for someone with kids?”

Listen… some layouts just make everyday life harder 😂

The random hallway that goes nowhere. The kitchen completely disconnected from the rest of the house. No closet by the front door. And if you live in Minnesota with no mudroom… honestly, that alone might do it.

The funny thing is, most people don’t notice these things right away. Then one day something shifts and suddenly they can’t unsee it.

We actually see this all the time. Usually the reason people move isn’t just because they “want a new house.” It’s because the way they live has changed and their home just doesn’t work the same anymore.
