Raised in a full house with her mother, father, and eight siblings, Jihan learned at a young age the importance of investing into a home, family, and future. Through hard work and dedication, she graduated from Washington High School in Milwaukee, WI in 2000 with the honor of Salutatorian, became a naturalized citizen in 2003, and later earned an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, Jihan is fluent in Arabic, English, and Somali languages. Though she is not a Minnesota native, she has lived in Minnesota for a total of 7 years. Jihan is married to her high school sweetheart and they share six wonderful children. Jihan is here for all real estate needs with a special focus for helping Military families, Arab and Somali communities.

Nationally, the Realtor.com 2026 housing forecast predicts that mortgage rates will average 6.3% across the new year, down from the 6.6% full-year average expected for 2025, while home prices will rise 2.2% year over year.
