I’m Lindsay and this is one of the reasons I created BirdDog, so I could offer the level of tenacious service that I know I would expect when buying or selling a property. This is also what inspired the name Bird Dog. In real estate, a Bird Dog is an individual who searches for properties with substantial investment potential on behalf of real estate investors – a
nd investment real estate is a large part of my business. As a born and raised Minnesotan, I have extensive knowledge of the housing market throughout the state, particularly the South Metro area. This, combined with my large network of business connections, means I am able to track down the top off-market properties, match you with the ones that best meet your requirements, and advise and guide you all the way through to the final end numbers. But I’m also a residential realtor, where I use this same Bird Dog determination. Having secured over $30 million in closed residential sales since 2013, I bring strong marketing and negotiation skills to every deal. If looking to buy, I will scope out only the properties that meet your wish list, not wasting your time with homes that don’t suit the bill. If looking to sell, I’m there to represent your best interests, present your property in the most advantageous way, and studiously make sure I find the buyer who will pay your price. I’m very proud of my reputation in the real estate business. As an effective and fierce negotiator, I think ahead of any possible obstacles that might delay a deal and proactively strategize how to circumvent them.
