Letting our clients focus on feeling the flow of the house and how it fits their lifestyle is paramount to us. In the end, that’s how we know if that property is the right fit.

On our end as agents, we make sure all of the big ticket items are in line, especially the mechanicals that can cause big issues and cost big money.

Then, if the clients feel the home is the right fit, we can give them the rundown on the situation with the big ticket items and make sure the offer we put in on the home makes sense with those in consideration.

Just because the mechanicals aren’t in great condition doesn’t mean the home can’t work, but making sure that their value is reflected in the offer price helps to ensure our clients are getting the right value for their money.

🍽️ - The food here is straightforward: Fantastic burgers and smokes meats and a passion for mixing things up! Lots of specials on a regular basis keeps you coming back but the regular menu will
have you picking favorites. The OG burger is properly named, a classic smash with american and onion on brioche, but their garlic aioli is where it stands out. Also give their McDowell a try if you’re a fan of Big Macs that includes everything you love about the burger from the golden arches, but with that elevated food truck taste. Don’t miss the hot honey fried chicken sandwich either, but only if you can take the heat of hot honey, sweet and spicy aioli, and fresh jalapeños.

One of Wayzata’s finest Italian spots is taking over breakfast on Lake Street with their own breakfast and coffee spot. Their own blends of coffee, homemade wood fired bagels, and phenomenal pastries, if you’re in Wayzata, this is your new breakfast and coffee stop.

🪩 - Utilizing their incredible bar space in the morning plus the addition of a walk up window outside, Josefina has made a great night time spot a hit morning stop. A decadent pastry display, quick ordering service, and plenty of space at the bar or tables to enjoy!

🍽️- Utilizing their wood fired pizza oven to create homemade bagels is the star of the show. Flaky salt plain, cinnamon and sugar, and their incredible Cacio e Pepe flavor is to die for. Stuff them with cream cheese or make a full or open faced bagel sandwich that should curb your appetite through lunch. The pastry case is a dangerous place to look if you’re hungry. From flaky, golden pistachio and almond croissants to decadent, cream-filled Danishes, everything feels genuinely artisanal. They also feature their own blends of coffee utilized in classic cups or try one of their specialty lattes or cold brews!

One of Lake Street’s greatest gets greater in the mornings! It’s worth the detour in the AM for a great coffee, bagel, and drive down the lake!

Fresh and remodeled just in time for the start of Minnesota Lake Life, Belle & Grey brings a new experience to the Hotel Landing.

🪩 - A classy dining room just steps from Wayzata Bay with tons of great booths and plenty of greenery on the walls. They’ve also got an incredible back bar, The Library, that’s the perfect place to slide in for a few drinks after a day on the lake or hosting a private event.

🍽️- The menu is a beautiful mix of nostalgic, well-loved classics elevated to perfection. Starting off with their perfect wedge salad, heirloom tomatoes, blue cheese, lardon, basil on perfectly cut baby iceberg. Of course we need to give the spotlight to the Belle & Grey Burger as well. 8oz of Wagyu with cheddar and a killer onion bacon jam and twice cooked fries, make sure to get their bernaise aioli on the side, one of the best by the lake. We also loved the pan roasted walleye, a Minnesota-must done to perfection!

🍸 - Their cocktail game is elite, especially if you love the classics with a twist. Pro-tip: ask to see what’s pouring or head into ‘The Library’ for an incredible whiskey selection. It’s the kind of place where the mixologists actually know how to craft a drink that feels special.

Belle & Grey is the perfect addition to your lake night rotation, whether you need a date night, late night beverage, or want to hit happy hour after a boat cruise!
