First closing of 2024 and it was a special one 🤍

On a Friday in November, my dad texted me out of the blue saying, “Hey, are you up for a real estate conversation?”

At first I wasn’t sure what he meant because most of our conversations include real estate of some form — whether he’s asking how business is, how the market is, where rates are at, what my schedule looks like, things like that. Real estate always weaves its way into our conversations. Curious what he was referring to, we hopped on a call and he told me that he and my stepmom were starting to think about maybe finding a new place.

There were a couple different homes they were interested in seeing so we set up a few showings for that Saturday. The next day on Sunday, we went to go check out one more place, with them still not even sure if this was something they really wanted to do right now.

But then sure enough that fourth showing on that Sunday was going to be their future home. We got the offer written up and got it accepted on that Monday so in a matter of four days we went from, “Hey, are you up for a real estate conversation” to under contract on their future home.

Being able to help them through this process of purchasing a new home where we will create new memories together has been such a special experience. I truly cannot thank them enough for trusting me throughout this process and I am so excited for the next adventure! 🫶

Had such a great experience this afternoon at Every Meal’s warehouse in Roseville!!
