A huge congratulations to Hannah & Eliza on the purchase of their very first home in Bloomington! 🎉

These two have spent the last four years renting and were ready for a place that was truly their own—no more shared walls, unwanted noise, or asking permission to make changes. Now they have a one-of-a-kind home with an incredible backyard that’s just waiting for their personal touch.

I also want to give a special thank you to both of them for everything they do as nurses. Caring for others day in and day out is no easy job, and our communities are better because of people like you. ❤️

Despite what the national headlines may say, the Eden Prairie market remains incredibly strong.

In April, the median home price in Eden Prairie increased 7.6% year-over-year to $565,000, while homes sold 30% faster than they did a year ago, averaging just 42 days on market. Sellers also received an average of 100.2% of their original list price.

So what's driving the market?
