Do you know anybody behind on their house payments? Often times, people are embarrassed and don't want to talk to anyone and end up giving a home back to the bank that they could have sold and walked away with money even after the foreclosure sale occured. (In Minnesota you generally have six months after the sale that you still own the home).

Are you or anybody you know looking to buy your first home?

I have a bank that I am partnered with that is doing an amazing first time home buyer loan. It is a 3% down payment, but they have a grant that is up to $10,000 that does not need to be paid back that goes towards down payment, so potentially no money down. There is also no PMI. (Private mortgage insurance). PMI depending on the purchase price would be around $200 a month. So, your payment would be that much less a month plus free down payment money.
