Got the keys! 🔑

We closed on Sam’s new place in St. Cloud today and honestly, what a moment. WE MADE IT. There were a few twists along the way (there always are), but watching Sam get those keys made all of it worth it.

Funny part… the home is in St. Cloud but we closed over in Woodbury, and now I’m driving straight to the Edina office. Yes, that’s a lot of Minnesota in one day. And yes, for anyone wondering… I genuinely love to drive, so I’m not complaining. 🚗😄

Sam, so happy for you. Wishing you tons of happiness in the new place… good food, full house, lots of memories. 🏡
