Minnesota homeowners: friendly reminder!
First-half property taxes are due tomorrow, May 15. If you pay directly instead of through escrow, now is a good time to double check that your payment has been made or is scheduled.

A quick note: some property types may have different deadlines, so it’s always best to confirm with your county if you’re unsure. The Minnesota Department of Revenue lists May 15 as the first-half real property tax due date, with some exceptions.

After work, I snuck away for a snowy hike in the woods with my pal, Cat. There’s something about hiking in winter…the quiet, the sparkle of fresh snow, and the random wildlife that shows up when you least expect it. Minnesota really does have the best seasons and gorgeous hiking areas… and no, we’re not cold. ❄️😉
