Home inspections are a critical part of the home purchase process. It ensures you know what you are buying.

Nearly 70% of wood burning fireplaces have issues discovered during an inspection. An undetected sewer line issue can become costly after closing with a typical repair it can be $8,000 or when the ground freezes it can jump to $12,000. These are only a couple examples.

Detected issues can become a negotiating opportunity while undetected issues can become safety risks.

My clients have been relieved they have had the recommended inspections done. I have been able to negotiated repairs for them before issues becomes their nightmare.
