⬆️ Median list and sale price continue to stay high

For those waiting for the market to crash and prices to fall, we just aren’t seeing it across the board. Overpriced homes will sit on the market and have price reductions, but buyers are still willing to pay what homes are worth. Especially since they can get more favorable terms like seller paid closing costs, inspections, and repairs.

1 YEAR 🤯

A year ago today, I married my best friend. The strongest, smartest, most beautiful, most ridiculous girl I know. It feels like just yesterday I was a nervous wreck asking her to prom, to be my girlfriend, and to marry me. Thankfully she said yes to each one 😅

Thank you, Anna, for the best year of my life, an amazing year of love, fun, trials, and celebrations. I cannot wait for every year to come and to see the life we build together.
