1. Underwriting: feeding a deal's numbers into AI to stress-test your model before you make an offer

2. Contract review: running an LOI or lease through AI to flag terms before your attorney's clock starts

3. Institutional memory: building persistent context so AI can answer real questions about your deals, people, and history

If you're mostly cleaning up emails with it, you're using maybe 5% of what it does for an operator.

For AI for RE Businesses, he's stepping off the mic and onto the panel, because he's got too much he wants to share on this topic to stay in the host's chair. Adam Hunt, Fuze's CEO, is emceeing instead.

That should tell you something.

Ryan's built a suite of AI tools that run real parts of Fuze Real Estate: billing, maintenance, move-ins, renewals, payroll. He's not talking theory. Neither are the other four operators on this panel.
