👋 Hi friends — it’s me, popping back into your feed like a long-lost cousin at a family reunion.

It’s been forever since I shared anything....real, honestly… and with so many new faces here, now feels like the perfect moment to say hi again.

I’m Kristy — a Minnesota native, professional people-lover, and someone who gets 𝘸𝘢𝘺 too excited about helping folks buy and sell real estate around the west metro. But honestly? Real estate is only part of the story.

What really lights me up is walking with people through big life changes — the new beginnings, new jobs, the downsizing, the tough transitions, the “something needs to shift” seasons. I’m here for all of it.

Quick story:
A client once told me they drove past their new home at night just to see the porch light on. They said it finally felt like they were “home.” 🥹

Moments like that remind me why I love this — it’s not about the paperwork. It’s about the life that unfolds after the keys are handed over. That’s the good stuff.

Over the years, I’ve learned that a home isn’t just square footage and a price point — it’s where real life happens. So I take the time to understand my clients, help them make confident decisions, and stay in their corner long after closing day. A lot of them have become dear friends. ❤️

A few things about me, just for fun:

✨ I’m a connector — if you need a contractor, dog sitter, podcast rec, or travel tip, I probably have a person.
✨ I love welcoming relocating folks to MN — and sharing the random Minnesota history facts I somehow keep collecting.
