Tried the Firecracker Shrimp Taco with avocado, cabbage slaw, and a tangy sauce, plus the Korean BBQ Taco loaded with caramelized onions, pickled onions, and flavorful burnt ends.

🔥 Firecracker Shrimp — just the right amount of heat, with a smooth avocado and tangy sauce.

🔥 Korean BBQ — perfectly caramelized pork, balanced by the pickled onions and vinegar for an incredible bite.

Safe to say, both tacos delivered! 🙌

We’re in Burnsville at K Taco with the queen of Apple Valley real estate, Nicole Junker! 🏡🌮

We came hungry and got some massive tacos, including a shrimp taco with bacon and chipotle mayo, plus an overloaded quesabirria dipped in consommé. 🤤

The tortillas were fresh, the shrimp were a great size, and the beef was super tender—but did the flavors pack enough punch? 👀

Shayne brought the whole family along! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🔥 The Tailgate Tacos crew is back in Apple Valley, Minnesota, checking out Taqueria Los Compadres.

From a flavorful, tender chicken taco to a crispy, cheesy, melty quesabirria, this spot brought the flavor! 🌮🤤 And yes… the hot sauce made an appearance. 🌶️

The verdict? Tender meat, tons of flavor, and that perfect crunch. Definitely worth a stop!

From house-made tortillas made fresh from their own masa to fire-roasted chiles in their salsas, Bodega 42 is bringing some serious flavor. And those portions of meat? 🤤

The verdict: tender, flavorful, and absolutely worth a stop! 🌮🔥

🌮 Lengua tacos = an absolute home run! 🔥

This week on Tailgate Tacos, Shane and Anton hit up El Super Taco in Apple Valley, Minnesota, and went a little adventurous with lengua (beef tongue) tacos. 👀

From the crispy tacos and authentic cheese to the flavorful, slightly spicy consommé, everything brought the heat. And that lengua? Tender, rich, smooth, and packed with flavor. 🤌🌮

Anton called it a must-try—and Shayne might never look at steak the same way again. 😂
