I've been a full-time Realtor since 2015, and my business is largely built on referrals from past clients, family, and friends. My expertise extends to thoughtfully analyzing market conditions, comparable sales, and market values. Being highly knowledgeable and a skilled negotiator, I ensure the best outcomes for my clients to meet their individual goals. With over 200 career homes sold, I have a proven track record of success. I work with clients in all phases of life and all property types – from first-time buyers, move-up buyers, downsizers, buying or selling investment properties, and building new construction. I have also been honored to work with clients moving to the Twin Cities from out of town, Veterans, and active service members. In addition to my real estate career, I'm a high school hockey coach. I enjoy giving back to the community I grew up in and helping to instill the values of hard work, passion, teamwork and dedication in the next generation. Each season and each group of guys are different from the next and it’s fun to be a part of the natural ups and downs we navigate as a team each year. I am competitive to the core and maintain a passion to continue to play men’s league hockey, curling, and golf. In the summer months, I enjoy escaping to the family cabin on the Iron Range. I’m a proud uncle of four nephews and one niece, and I have a golden doodle named Rudy.
