There’s something exciting about finding the home that makes the next chapter possible. 🏡✨

So happy for our clients who are officially under contract on their new townhouse in Apple Valley!

They came to us knowing they wanted a change, but like so many homeowners, their move involved more than simply finding the next house. We also needed to think through the timing and strategy of selling their current home.

Now the pieces are coming together. Their new townhouse is secured, and we’re moving forward with getting their current home sold!

This is one of my favorite parts of real estate: helping clients look at the whole picture and create a plan that gets them from where they are to where they want to be.

Buying and selling at the same time can feel like a lot of moving pieces, but with the right strategy, it doesn’t have to feel overwhelming.

This isn’t only an under contract post. It’s a reminder of just how much relationships matter, not only in our work, but in every aspect of life. ✨

So pleased to have accepted an offer for our clients’ twin home after only four days on the market, with continued interest for backup!

But the story actually started a couple of years ago.

We originally connected with their mother over the phone while calling homeowners in her neighborhood. We hit it off before we even met in person. She is truly the sweetest lady, and we went on to have such a smooth and successful experience selling her longtime home.

We stayed in touch with her family, and fast forward two years later, I’ve now had the opportunity to help them again, first with purchasing their new townhouse and now with selling their twin home.

That’s what we love about how relational real estate really is.

It’s never just about a closing or a commission check. It’s about being thoughtful, being kind, listening, and taking the time to truly understand what matters to the people we work with.

And when the transaction closes, the relationship doesn’t have to end there.

Another one pending! ✨ our instagrams have been quiet but between having a 6 month old baby, 4 dogs, and a healthy steady stream of business, we haven’t been!

This home received multiple offers during its very first weekend on the market, and we are officially on our way to the closing table this Friday.

Every home has a different strategy, and seeing this one come together exactly as planned is such a rewarding feeling. We couldn’t be happier for our sellers and are so grateful they trusted us throughout the process.

Waiting around for an MLS listing of a perfect home that will meet every single one of your wants and needs might take a long time. In fact, that perfect moment may never even exist.

Of course watching MLS listings like a hawk is one of the major components of the job description of a realtor. So we are on it…

But there is a difference between being reactive and proactive.

We have to be both to be good agents for you. Reactive by browsing the MLS data daily, having saved searches, and automatic email notification systems for any criteria that we put into the parameters. But something that makes a difference between a good agent, and a great agent, is when a proactive approach is taken as well.

I still remember the day I met Kylie & Blair, before their little darling was born. We instantly connected, and Kylie and I were both pregnant and due around the same time. And it turned out that our little guys were only born 1 week apart. We started touring homes once our babies were 1 month old, two little families (my husband Alex and baby Bjorn were at every showing of course) up and down the stairs in their car seats the little squeaky boys went! We had competition, as the spring market just started. And then boom, we won a multiple offer situation for their lovely new home! The perfect place to plant roots. They chose MN after googling “best place to raise a kid in the US”. Minnesota for the win! Us too… because now we have new friends! Huge congratulations to this adorable and growing little family.
