Congratulations on your first PA home, Delores & Matt!!! From CA to PA; super smooth transition (except for the packing, driving & unloading portion!) for my friends moving to Oil City. A couple of minor hiccups for the closing (y’all were on top of it though), but it closed on the 29th as scheduled!

I had helped a couple buy a home in 2021 & they reached out to me last winter to introduce me to Delores & Matt.They were ready to ditch the west coast desert life for snow & rain. 😂 And, most importantly: a different pace of life. They were here for a cpl weeks in January, but not many options were on the market. Fast- forward & they wanted a virtual tour of some options & THIS WAS ONE OF THEM! Submitted an offer, which was contingent on a home inspection and the seller accepted it. I help them schedule the home inspection, which they attended virtually, and then we kept pushing our way to the closing table. When they got into town last week, we did the final walk-through, where they finally saw the house IN PERSON. They loved it, signed papers and got the keys. Next up: a little bit of love to make it theirs!

Delores & Matt? Thank you so much for your confidence and trust in relying on me to purchase a home while you were a few thousand miles away! I am truly glad to call you my friends and happy that you are in Northwestern PA.

I’m INCREDIBLY grateful for the referral (thank you Brandon & Whitney!) this is how I support Finley & I. And this is how my business continues to grow. I don’t rely on finding/ paying for clients through Zillow or Realtor .com, etc, so every person, referral, client is precious & gets the white glove treatment.

Got to help a friend of mine seller her investment property to her tenant!

Now that the tenant is a homeowner (this was NOT on his bingo card!), his mortgage payment is less than his rent was.

A unique transaction!

My friend, Julia, reached out & wanted to sell her investment property to her tenant, Curtis. She asked me to help them out with the paperwork. Rolled up my sleeves & got Curtis in contact with a terrific lender and we got the process started! Due to both the sellers schedule & the buyer’s work schedule, we reached out to Traci to see if she’d come do a remote closing for us. Traci came over to the buyer’s house, everyone signed & the tenant is now a HOMEOWNER!!!

Now that Curtis owns the house, his mortgage payment is less than his former rent payment! Plus, he’s building equity.
