Phew! Absolute whirlwinds of work.

It’s been a crazy past month & a half ish. Seven closings with helping both buyers & sellers, a LOT of houses shown to buyers, homes under contract, home inspections performed, fires put out, meetings had, etc etc. I’m incredibly grateful for all of the people who are supporting my work. I’ve been quiet on the social media front, but happily working my tail off!

A tremendously loud congratulations to my dear friends, Hoang & Ly for closing on their new home this week!!

My friends had moved to NY State a couple of years ago and then called me a couple of months ago because they needed help. They found a home in Pittsburgh area & were negotiating with the seller to iron out the details. Hoang & Ly wanted me to step in & help with the paperwork & process.

My friends are absolute rockstars & jumped every time something needed done; the process was a bit long (thanks NY State real estate processes!!), but smooth. Y’all deserve every ounce of happiness in your new home!! Congratulations. 🎈🎉
