A new month brings fresh reminders and fun things to look forward to! Be sure to keep these important dates in mind:

💻 March 1 - Rent Due
⏰ March 5 - Last day to pay before late fees
🌼 March 20 - First Day of Spring
🍀 March 24 - Pest Control Service (8 AM - 5 PM)
🎉 March 25 - Welcome Spring Event | 1 PM - 4:30 PM

Avila Residents 📣,

January is here, and we’re kicking off the new year together! Just a few reminders and updates to help you stay on track this month:

• Rent is due on the 1st
• Late fees begin after the 5th (you can pay online or drop it in the office box)

Thinking about referring a friend? You can earn $250 off one month’s rent when they move in on a 12-month lease, it’s our way of saying thanks for spreading the love. 🏡

We also have pest control on January 27th between 8 AM - 5 PM, so please plan accordingly.

And of course, we’re celebrating a few moments this month: Happy New Year, MLK Day, and even National Bagel Day (because… priorities 🥯).

We’re grateful for each of you and excited to start another year together at Avila Apartments. As always, stop by or give us a call if you need anything. 💙
