Make sure to take pictures! 📸 Always document everything. You'll want to have the home's condition documented.
This will be helpful for both you and your landlord 😌

What I suggest when your lease begins:
-Take pictures of the home before you move furniture in.
-Save the photos in a separate album in your phone.
-Email the photos to yourself and the landlord
- Remember to complete your inventory & condition form too! ✅️

When you move out:
-Take photos of the rental again and email them to both yourself and your landlord
