We’re excited to share that The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley Housing & Residence Life is hiring an Assistant Director of Residence Life – Live In!

This position plays an important role in supporting the residential student experience through housing operations, student support, emergency response, and collaboration across campus. The Assistant Director will help lead housing assignments, support Resident Assistants, coordinate with facilities partners, and contribute to creating a welcoming residential community for our students.

We are looking for candidates who are student-centered, collaborative, and passionate about higher education and residence life.
