These kids have already been through more than any child should ever have to experience. ❤️

Jennifer Longoria and I recently visited both the Mission and Edinburg locations of the Children’s Advocacy Center. Jennifer is proud to serve on their board, and seeing firsthand the work they do really puts things into perspective.

The CAC serves children throughout Hidalgo and Starr Counties who have been victims of physical abuse, sexual abuse, or who have witnessed violent crimes. They provide these children with a safe place, support, resources, and a path toward healing.
Right now, they are in need of hygiene products for the children they serve.

Longoria Realty is stepping up, and we’re asking our friends, clients, agents, and community to help us collect the items listed on the flyer. All donations can be dropped off at our office, and all donated items must be new and unopened.

If you would rather make a financial donation, the website and instructions are also included on the flyer.

These children didn’t choose what happened to them, but we can choose to show them that their community cares. ❤️

If you’re new here, here’s a little piece of my “why.” 🤍

Back in 2020, I started a small business called Radale Homes. This weekend, while showing homes, I walked up to a front door and saw a welcome sign that I MADE years ago. 🥹

It was such a full-circle moment for me.

My love for homes started long before I became a Realtor. Growing up, my mom was always decorating our home and changing up my bedroom. I’d help her paint my walls, pick out colors and find the decor to match.

As I got older, I carried that love with me. I decorated my own home, helped family and friends with theirs, and eventually picked up a saw and paintbrush and started Radale Homes — creating custom pieces that made someone’s house feel a little more like HOME. 🏡

And I think that’s why real estate feels so natural to me now.

Becoming a Realtor was never about finding another career or something I just wanted to “try.” I’ve always loved what a home represents.

It’s not just walls and a roof. It’s where you’ll celebrate birthdays, come home after long days, raise families, laugh, cry and make memories that you’ll carry forever.

Now I get to help people find the house where all of those things will happen. And getting to be a small part of that story is pretty special to me. 🤍

This is part of my “why.”

And now I have to ask… should I bring a little piece of Radale Homes back and make my clients a custom welcome sign when they close with me?! 🥹🏡🔑
