Hey 1,000 anonymous followers! I get it, this is our safe and confidential place to share the horrendous experiences we've had with Envolve Communities LLC Properties, and other Low Income Housing Properties. We all deserve better.
I apologize for my lack of consistency, but after moving from the Toxic Mold Infestation at Avanti East in Texas, it has now been 7 months of recovery. It's been a L-O-N-G process, but it took five months to begin functioning again.
And, those that know me, know I'm unstoppable. As a former therapist, and case worker in Georgia and Florida, I've been advocating for others my entire life, and I'm not stopping now.
I have several major projects in the works to protect us and our families and neighbors from slumlords. Several notable public figures, share our concerns, so "Buckle Up!"
Please continue to DM me as we support and refer each other to appropriate sources. And, if you haven't already DM for my guide on toxic mold. I think you'll find some useful information.
As many have used this expression,
"Explain to me like I'm Five"...
How a corporation, like Envolve Communities LLC, which has an annual revenue of approximately $2.8 billion annually, through their low income contracts in 17 states, which includes 41,000 units
can't afford the maintenance and upkeep of their properties to provide safe housing, and working amenities they advertise.
Truthfully, my experience was solely at Avanti East, with our documented toxic mold infestation that they couldn't afford to repair. The unit directly above and below, who shared the same HVAC vents also moved out the same month, after four months of waiting for the mandated remediation. Additionally, they immediately listed these units for rent, with no time to remediation.
Other tenants also experienced mold, broken, unrepaired water leaks, nonworking air conditioning, bug infestation, noise, etc.
I can only hope that this was a unique situation and not all of their properties are so poorly maintained.
But, the DMs I've received suggest many of their properties are putting residents at risk.
But, with your help, and others,
CHANGE IS IN THE AIR, AND ACCOUNTABILITY WILL HAPPEN!
