這個房子差點要被法拍。趕在法拍前一天under contract.法拍當天早上法官同意讓法拍延到二月底。還好一切都順利在二月初過戶。之前屋主有天身體不適到醫院去就沒回家了。才60初頭。人生就是這麼充滿意外。
This house almost went to foreclosure. It was under contract the day before the auction. On the morning of the auction, the judge agreed to postpone the auction until the end of February. Thankfully, everything went smoothly and the transfer of ownership took place in early February. The owner had gone to the hospital one day due to illness and never returned home. She was only in her early 60s. Life is full of surprises.

Cooking for Dharma Drum NJ with Ginny today. 今天和高妍師姐還有她的同修善一師兄一起為法鼓山紐澤西道場打齋。他們夫婦配合得很好。我們三個人一起井然有序的完成所有的菜。這也是一種修行。素鵝是一道比較費工的菜，但是很受歡迎。還好能夠及時上菜，感謝有他們的幫忙。
